The Beginning - tadahhhhhhh!!!!

Nein, ich bin nicht farbenblind. Und man kann in meinem Wohnzimmer normalerweise auch sitzen. Aber so sieht es aus, wenn man Dutzende von Produkten im Raum verteilt, um ein Fotoshooting für meinen neuen Webshop "www.stoffsalat.de" zu organisieren.
Es geht aber durchaus auch ordentlich:

Und so haben wir - das heißt die talentierte, süße und unglaublich begeisterungsfähige Alice von der Werbeagentur Fundus und ich - dann einen verschneiten Vormittag damit verbracht zu sortieren, dekorieren und fotografieren, um dann all die Dinge, die ich in den letzten Monaten entworfen und genäht habe auch irgendwann an den Mann (ähhhh - oder wohl eher an die Frau) bringen zu können.

And so we - i.e. the talented, sweet and unbelievably enthusiastic Alice from the Advertising Agency Fundus and I - spent a snowy morning sorting, decorating and shooting pictures, so that at some point, I will finally be able to get people to buy all those things that I have been designing and sewing for the past months (well - not so much people in general, but probably mainly women)

Männer können mit dieser Art von Produkt leider sehr wenig anfangen - das höchste der Gefühle, das man an Kommentar so erwarten kann ist üblicherweise: "Das war bestimmt viel Arbeit." .... "Ja, ummmm - danke.... glaube ich."

Men are generally a bit at a loss when looking at my products. The best one can expect are comments like: "Bet that was a lot of work." ... "Yeah, ummm - thanks.... I guess."

Jetzt muss ich nur noch die ca. 200 fertigen Produkte kategorisieren, teilweise fotografieren, beschreiben, mit einem Preis versehen und in meine Webseite eingeben und dann....

Now I just have to categorize, photograph, describe and add a price tag to the roughly 200 products, feed them into my website and then....
